Keep in mind – over the first few days of use the foam is still expanding so your mattress will continue to get more and more comfortable as you sleep on it. Usually the mattress will reach it’s final form within 24-48 hours from when it was unboxed.

Generally, shipping takes 3 – 5 days. However, due to the pandemic and increased volume for our shipping companies, there may temporarily be delays. Once your shipment is sent you’ll be provided a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the shipment.

We love bamboo and we’ve infused it into our topper for a few reasons!

1. Bamboo is great at moisture wicking – so that means your sleep will be that much more comfortable.
2. Bamboo helps regulate temperature. Having bamboo in our topper works incredibly well with our slmbr cooling gel to make sure your sleep is consistently cool, calm and comfortable no matter the season.
3. Bamboo is hypoallergenic!

The slmbr mattress is medium firm – so you can expect the perfect balance between plush and firm – we like to think it’s the best of both worlds!

We’ve constructed our cover to be fully removable so if something gets spilt and you need to wash the cover its super easy! The cover does not require regular washing so we recommend it should only be removed if absolutely neccessary.

In the event you need to wash it, we recommend using cold water for the wash and then hang drying the cover.

We recommend using a platform bed for this mattress to maximize life. If you have a slat bed it’s recommended to get a piece of plywood to put under it.

Because of our foam, gel and bamboo cover our mattresses regulate heat very well. No matter the season your slmbr mattress will stay at optimal temperature to get the best sleep.

To get the most out of your slmbr mattress we do not recommend placing it on the floor. Doing this will expose the mattress to moisture, dirt and undue wear and tear.
